LAGOON INSPECTION IN MID MISSOURI

These inspections are conducted according to State Standards. For example when we conduct a Septic tank inspection we would determine the size of tank to see if it meets the amount of bedrooms of that house. After that we check to see if the tank is in good condition and we also check to see if the tank needs to be pumped due to excessive sludge or scum levels. Lastly we will need to see if the drain field is working properly and not leaking to the surface.

In a lagoon inspection we will need to see if the lagoon meets all setback requirements to house, property lines, well heads and lakes or streams. We also need to measure the lagoon to see if it will meet State Standards according to the amount of bedrooms.
